NEWSHA

Hi, my name is Newsha Towfigh. I’m a professional organizer and personal concierge who specializes in bespoke support for busy families and working professionals. I love creating functional systems that save you time, reduce daily stress, and make your space feel luxurious.

Growing up on the North Shore, my love for organizing started at an early age. My Mom was always extremely organized and I really looked up to her. I used to love going grocery shopping with her then helping her put everything away, including in our back stock room where everything was categorized. I’m so grateful to her for teaching me skills that I’m able to use to help my clients today!

Before founding Do It Simpli, I spent over a decade working in events and promotions within the broadcasting and hospitality industries. Today, my clients describe me as trustworthy, professional, detailed, and kind. Some even call me their “secret weapon” - the person they rely on to make life feel simpler, calmer, and more manageable. I’m proud to be that person, and I’m committed to running my business with honesty, kindness, and compassion at its core.

When I’m not working you can find me walking the seawall with my French bulldog Rocco, working out at Equinox, or volunteering at Union Gospel Mission, one of my favourite local charities. I’m also a proud Cancer survivor! My life hasn’t always been easy but the hard moments have made me a strong, resilient person and they’ve taught me to cherish the “little" things in life. I’m extremely grateful to be here and I’m so thankful for all of the clients who have entrusted us to enter their homes and lives.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

For all of our services, the first step is to book a free phone consultation so that we can learn more about your needs and answer any questions you may have. Once you’re ready to get started we’ll book an in person meeting and from there we'll get to work! 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Small to medium organizing projects can typically be accommodated 2 weeks in advance, along with personal concierge services. For larger or more complex projects, including organizing and moving, we recommend inquiring at least 4 weeks in advance.

IS THERE A MINIMUM FEE FOR BOOKING YOUR SERVICES? 

Our hourly rate is $90 per hour for one person, and we require a minimum 2 hour booking for personal concierge, and a minimum 3 hour booking for organizing. Please contact us directly to discuss moving services.

DO I NEED TO BE THERE WHILE YOU ORGANIZE? 

Nope! A key part of the organizing process is decluttering. We can do this together or we can tackle this for you (with some guidance of course). You can enjoy your day and come home to an organized space.

WHAT TYPE OF TASKS DO YOUR PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICES INCLUDE?

Everything and anything! Some tasks we help our clients with are: shopping, running errands, sourcing vendors, planning parties, and meeting contractors at their homes while they are away.  The list is endless – let us know what you need help with, and we will take care of the rest!

IS THERE ANYTHING I NEED TO DO TO PREPARE FOR YOUR VISIT?

Nothing at all. For organizing, it’s best for us to see your space the way that you and your family use it so we can create custom systems unique to your needs. For personal concierge and moving services, we’ll confirm the details we need in advance so we are ready to go onsite.

WHICH AREAS DO YOU CURRENTLY WORK IN?

Currently we provide services throughout the Lower Mainland.

I WANT TO INVEST IN MY SPACE TO HAVE IT ORGANIZED, BUT I’M CONCERNED WE WON’T BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN IT.
